Implicit Bias Explanation: Implicit biases are automatic, unconscious attitudes or stereotypes ingrained in our minds, subtly influencing our understanding and judgments. These biases often lead to discriminatory behaviours, even when we're unaware of them. Example: An example of implicit bias in education is when a teacher, unknowingly influenced by unconscious racial biases, disciplines students from certain backgrounds more harshly than others for similar misbehaviour.
