Chitta-Prasadan: The Mind’s Reset Button
Modern life is full of speed, competition, comparison and stress. Almost everyone is searching for peace of mind. We may have comfort, success and resources, yet the mind often remains restless. Anger, jealousy, fear, comparison and anxiety disturb our inner peace. Long ago, Maharishi Patanjali gave a simple and practical solution to this problem in the Yoga Sutras . In the Yoga Sutra , he explains the idea of Chitta-Prasadan . The word Chitta means the mind or inner consciousness. Prasadan means making it clear, calm, pure and peaceful. Therefore, Chitta-Prasadan means making the mind peaceful and pleasant.
